Craig Sanders is the founding member of the Sanders Law Group and a senior trial attorney. During the course of his more than twenty-five-year professional career, Mr. Sanders has handled a number of complex civil litigation matters predominantly in the Federal Courts. Focusing his career on intellectual property (copyright and trademark) infringements as well consumer protection matters (FCRA, FDCPA and TCPA), Mr. Sanders oversees the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department and Trial Department. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York, Florida, California, Utah, Colorado, Maryland, Washington and New Jersey. In addition to these state admissions, Mr. Sanders is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of California (all four Districts), Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida (all three Districts), Illinois (all three Districts as a lead trial attorney), Indiana (both Districts), Maryland, New York (all four Districts), New Jersey, Texas (all four Districts), Utah and Wisconsin (both Districts). He is also admitted to the Second, Third, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals having prosecuted and argued appeals in each of these circuits as well as having practiced before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Sanders graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Tufts University in 1990 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1993.
