Alain Cesar is a litigation associate of the Sanders Law Group. Mr. Cesar has over a decade of experience in real estate transactions, foreclosure litigation, landlord/tenant and breach of contract matters. This experience included more than five years of experience representing mortgage lenders and loan servicers in creditor rights actions. Mr. Cesar has now focused his career away from serving large institutions and instead on serving consumers in consumer rights litigation regarding the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) as well as protecting the intellectual property of our clients (copyright and trademark infringements). Mr. Cesar oversees the Firm’s FCRA Department. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Cesar is also admitted to the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Cesar graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College in 2004 and received his Juris Doctorate from Delaware Law School (fka “Widener University School of Law”) in 2009.
